FC&HS: BUILDING HEALTH CHECKS
📢 Owners of traditional properties in the Forres Conservation Area are being invited to register their interest in a funded Building Health Check survey as part of the Forres Conservation and Heritage Scheme (FCHS).
The Building Health Check survey helps identify any external repair needs, such as work to roofs, stonework, traditional windows, doors, skylights, or rainwater goods, and provides a costed breakdown of any necessary repairs.
đź’·Property owners may then be eligible to apply for a grant of up to 50% of the cost of repair works, depending on the value and type of work required.
This offer is available only to traditionally built within the Forres Conservation Area, and not to modern or non-traditional buildings.
Property owners are asked to register their interest by Tuesday 31 March 2026 by emailing ForresCHScheme@moray.gov.uk with the following details:
